  40. This software and the accompanying files are given "as is" and without 
  41. warranties as to  performance of merchantability or any other 
  42. warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various 
  43. hardware and software environments into which GHOST BBS may be put, no 
  44. warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

  46. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly 
  47. tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must 
  48. assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the
